Biographie

C-hope né en 1991, débute la guitare à l’âge de 9 ans. Il découvre une véritable passion pour cet instrument qui lui permet de s’ouvrir à différents styles. Après avoir développé sa technique (shred et autres…) en guitare électrique et sèche, bien plus tard il décide de passer à la guitare folk-acoustique pour laquelle il éprouve une forte attirance et développe un nouveau style de jeu (tapping, fingerpicking , percu, solo ballade). Il cherche à exprimer tous ses sentiments à travers sa musique, tout en donnant une couleur et atmosphère particulière. Il s’adonne aussi à la basse et à divers instruments à cordes orientaux ainsi que de percussions telles que le «tabla». Il s’autoproduit, tourne lui-même ses vidéos et gère ses enregistrements. Actuellement, guitariste et compositeur, C-hope s’investit dans son projet solo et collabore avec son ami Zac morgan (Z-sonance) du Texas aux États-Unis pour créer un split CD (album en commun). (En parallèle, C- a joué en tant que bassiste et second chanteur dans un groupe de pop-rock qui s’est disloqué en 2009. Il fait maintenant parti d’un groupe de pop rock ou il est bassiste et 2ème chanteurs, il est aussi dans un groupe de deathcore-hardcore metal, et poursuit ses études à côté). -------------------------------------------------------------- C-hope was born on 1991, and started playing guitar at the age of 9. He discovered a real passion for this instrument, which allowed him to unfold to different styles. After developing his technic (shred, for instance) with acoustic and electric guitars, he decides much later to move to the folk-acoustic guitar, for which he feels a real attraction. Then he develops a new playing style (tapping, fingerpicking, percussion, ballad solo..) He tries to express all his feelings through his music, and give it an especial colour and atmosphere. He also plays bass and several other instruments with Oriental strings for instance, and percussions, like the tabla. He's self-producing, directs his videos on his own and manages his recordings. Currently guitarist and composer, C-hope devotes a lot to this solo project and collaborates with his friend Zac Morgan (Z-Sonance) from Texas in the United States, to work on a common CD. (C- has also played as a bassist and second singer in a pop-rock band, dislocated in 2009.
